The payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card via the secure online registration system by1st September 2025.
Payment details and prepayment invoice will be provided via email shortly.
Payment can only be made via bank transfer if a participant requires an invoice. The necessary payment details will be included on the invoice and will be sent upon request. Invoices cannot be issued after payment by credit card has been processed.
After registering, participants will have the option to choose their preferred payment method in the user section. Conference participation will be confirmed once full payment is received.

Each accepted participant is eligible to publish one article in the conference proceedings.
The fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the social and cultural events scheduled in the conference program.
Please note: Cash payments will not be accepted.
There will be no cash desk available at the TAE 2025 conference.
